Jack Hansen is the president of Saguaro Homes, Ltd., a custom home building firm headquartered in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
In his thirty plus years of experience, Mr. Hansen has demonstrated his ability as a proficient manager in the field of general contracting with residential home building. Since the formation of Saguaro Homes, he has been responsible for all elements of construction for the firm. His experience includes marketing and sales of custom homes, management, supervision, construction, cost and schedule control, and provides coordination between clients, architects and other team members.
Prior to the onset of Saguaro Homes, Ltd. he provided management responsibilities for the construction of new homes. During his tenure of 14 years with Pulte Home Corporation, he was involved in many aspects of construction for residential homes. He served as General Manager, Project Manager, and Regional Manager for the Wyoming division where he became involved with feasibility studies, land acquisition, engineering and sales. He directed the activities of a new subdivision from the beginning to the closing of the last home. He was also responsible for job costing, budgets, scheduling and supervision of all construction staff, coordination of marketing and construction materials, customer service and land development.
